Thus, experts shared their vision and concrete solutions to streamline and personalize the customer journey thanks to intelligent automation. These solutions also focus on creating proactive interactions by harnessing the power of Big Data and AI, as well as transforming touchpoints into loyalty opportunities.

Unveiled during this event, a Sunergia study carried out among 701 Moroccans provides a precise portrait of the insurance market and the expectations of policyholders. It appears that only 20% of Moroccans have insurance other than CNSS or AMO. The study also shows that automobiles are at the top, indicating that 66% of policyholders have taken out automobile insurance. In addition, the same source notes that policyholders favor contact in agencies and by telephone, but aspire to a more fluid and personalized digital experience.
