three stores already have a different look… and a brand new name!

If you are a regular at TotalEnergies service stations, you could not have missed the important change which occurred at the start of 2024. In fact, all retail and card sales activities the brand was taken over by Circle K. A revolution which is however gradually taking place.

Indeed, the new formula, which consists of store, food, beverage and coffee concepts, is only being introduced gradually at the points of sale. Only three Circle K stores have opened so far: Nivelles in March, Anderlecht in mid-April and, the latest, the store at the TotalEnergies service station in Eindhout (Laakdal).

“We are gradually transforming TotalEnergies stores across the country. These changes aim to make life on the road more pleasant and easier for everyone. Circle K’s successful formula is based on a wide range of products adapted to the Belgian market and on fast service, in which customer experience is essential,” explains Didier Duboisvice-president of Circle K Belgium.

And customers of the next businesses that will be transformed can rest assured, their favorite store will remain open during the work as was the case in the three already renovated. “The teams at all three stores did a fantastic job. A rebrand of this magnitude requires an enormous amount of time and energy. Making this transformation possible in a matter of days, while continuing to serve our customers, shows what is possible through teamwork and enthusiasm. This is the message we intend to convey to our customers, in these stores and in the many others that we will transform in the future. »
