In a long investigation into the underbelly of the Meghan and Harry couple published Friday January 20, Vanity Fair US claims that the former Duchess of Sussex's team would have launched the idea of a “post-divorce book”, even though the couple is not separated.
Is Meghan Markle already considering her life after Prince Harry? According to a long investigation into the couple's underbelly published in Vanity Fair US Friday January 17, Meghan Markle's team would have submitted the idea of a book on the “post-divorce” life of the former Duchess of Sussex to publishers.
American journalist Anna Peele who wrote the article interviewed many of the couple's former colleagues and associates, including one who claimed that “Meghan's team had a conversation with a publishing house to gauge interest of a book that could focus on a post-Harry divorce” and not on post-divorce in general.

If the source has not disclosed either date or name of publishing house to Vanity Fair USthe media nevertheless specifies that “no written or formal proposal” has, for the moment, seen the light of day, in particular because there is no divorce to write about. A second source also wanted to dispel any possible doubt. “If this is true to any degree, Meghan Markle would have been approached and not the other way around.”
A marriage in crisis?
This shocking investigation and its revelations come even as the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle faces much speculation. In recent months, the parents of Archie and Lilibet have increased their solo appearances, pushing more than one to believe a possible separation. “Apparently we divorced maybe 10 or 12 times too. It’s hard to follow,” Prince Harry said in December.
But that would not be the case. Despite the rumors, a source told Vanity Fair US that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were “crazy about each other.” “You know, when we meet these couples, we say to ourselves, given the way they look at each other, 'I probably shouldn't be here right now?'” A divorce which would therefore not be on the agenda. The former Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not yet made a comment.
