Short Price (P2C) is a festival of short films whose directors or subjects have a connection with Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana and now Reunion.
The main objectives of the festival
Promote the development of endogenous and dedicated film production, with the aim of creating a representative cinema overseas.
