Circul'livre, supported by the Ligériens de Cœur, consists of making Books available to residents and tourists free of charge, asking them only to put them back into circulation after reading. The books come from donations from participants, and are stamped with the logo of the operation with the specification “Free”. A stand is held every 1^is Sunday of the month on the Montsoreau market.

The Ligériens de Cœur association is also considering a third-place project in Parnay. This space would be aimed at associations, the elderly, families, job seekers and all people looking for conviviality. A meeting will take place in February 2025 to present the project.
