The jury of Beach Book Prizechaired by Jean-Christophe Rufinhas just revealed the name of the 2024 winner.
Among the seven authors in competition, it is Simonetta Greggio who sees herself crowned for her novel My nights without Bardotpublished by Albin Michel.

From the Italy of her childhood to her adopted Provence, it is in Saint-Tropez that she sets the scene for her latest novel dedicated to the French icon of Sixties: Brigitte Bardot.
Lulled by the waves of La Madrague and the sweetness of confidences, Simonetta Greggio immerses us in the intimate and the sensitive by whispering in our ear the journey of a child who is not so spoiled but so BB. The night redraws the contours of this portrait of woman(s) to reveal it in a new light.
