Saturday October 12 and Sunday October 13, the village hall of Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban will put art and literature in the spotlight. The city will indeed host the 4th Book and Arts Fair. This 2024 edition, placed under the sign of travel diaries and tales, will bring together more than 30 writers from the department but also from other regions.
They will present their works and autograph them, in the presence of painters and photographers. In addition to meetings with writers, painters and photographers, the public will also be able to enjoy a reading corner created by the librarians of the Louis-Joseph media library from 2 p.m., and Sadou will offer his writing workshops on Saturday and Sunday.
A popular event
This very popular event is organized by the L’Entry des Artistes association in partnership with the bookstore De fil en page and numerous local authorities. Meeting recently, the association’s office emphasizes that “due to lack of space, the salon had to, to its great regret, refuse authors“. Please note that the opening of the show will take place on Saturday October 12 at 12 p.m., and will be accompanied by musical accompaniment by the Saint-Auban music school.
