Léonor de Récondo received, Saturday May 4, 2024, the Prize of the Book and Music Festival of the city of Deauville (Calvados), for her novel The big fire. The story of Ilaria, who learned the violin with Vivaldi in Venice. The big fire is the love she feels, at 15, for the brother of her friend Prudenza. “We couldn’t have a better winner for this festival than Léonor who is also a violinist”presented Jérôme Garcin, president of the jury.
