In collaboration with the city and the canton of Saint-Gall, and with the participation of the international renown Michel Poncelet, the soil has been meticulously analyzed and the proposed measures have been implemented since last August. Yesterday, the track was tested by Martin Fuchs and Dominik Fuhrer. To do this, part of the terrain was watered with up to 100 liters per square meter. On the other part, only the natural rains had been shot since Sunday. The expert Michel Poncelet has also been satisfied. “The soil samples show that, thanks to the measures implemented, the lawn now has a much better consistency and that its structure has also been highly improved”. The president of the organizing committee, Nayla Stössel, is also satisfied: “In the space of a year, we have obtained the desired significant improvement in the quality of the soil, which makes me very confident”.
