STVV is preparing for a decisive duel on Saturday in Kortrijk. The objective is clear: to do at least as well as the circle of Bruges against the Beerschot to ensure the maintenance in Jupiler Pro League.
Friday evening at 6:00 p.m., Saint-Trond supporters will greet the departure of the players’ bus in the Sint-Jansstraat. Then, the group will go green to prepare for calm in the decisive match against the KV Courtrai, scheduled for Saturday (4:00 p.m.). The coach Wouter Vrancken does not want to leave anything to chance and makes every effort to overcome this last obstacle successfully.
During Tuesday training, the whole core was present. No injuries are to be reported, which allows Vrancken to go to Flanders-Western with a whole group.
-The only exception: Didier Lamkel Zé is absent. The Cameroonian was sent back to the Espoirs, after leaving the bench at the end of the match against the Beerschot to reach the locker room directly.
Free tickets for loyal supporters
The club also puts on its twelfth man. STVV offers free tickets to its faithful supporters for travel to Guldensporenstadion.
Supporters who have reserved a place in one of the Grankanaria, Sector-L, Spionkop Stvv or STVV Youth buses will receive their ticket during the journey. The match against Courtrai will start on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. If STVV is at least as well as the Circle of Bruges, its maintenance will be ensured.
