The girl and her comrades were housed in the boarding school.
Their teaching was provided by El. K. Daffé for the Koran and by Ah. Daffé for French. A month after the start of the school year, the victim, in tears, fled the boarding school to go home by taxi. She denounced sexual assault she would have been the victim on the part of these two teachers. According to his statements, her Koranic master has raped her twice. As for the French teacher, ah. Daffé, he would have tied up her hands in the middle of the night in order to rape her. Following these revelations, the victim’s uncle filed a complaint against them to the division of criminal investigations. The investigation made it possible to challenge El. K. Daffé, who is currently in prison for alleged crime of rape.
Regarding Ah. Daffé, arrested while trying to return to the fold after a long stay in Gambia, he challenged the accusations. Subject to the interrogations of the investigators, he admitted that he had introduced himself into the victim’s room during the night of the alleged rape attempt, but explained that he was simply looking for a mattress. He claims to have found the sleeping victim on one of the mattresses with other residents, whom he would have lifted to move the latter in order to recover the one she occupied. It was at this moment that the victim would have jumped and would have woken up. He argued that in waking up, the latter looked terrified because she feared being dealing with her Koranic master who, according to her, very often abused her. Despite his denials where he argues that he had never committed the facts alleged against him, he was referred to the prosecution, which will decide to give his business.
