Since she made her comeback under the spotlight, Céline Dion’s name has been on everyone’s lips. Between rumors and unpublished ads, its fans from around the world are on the lookout for its new projects.
Her latest project will lead her to make a brief return to the cinema, while she will lend her voice to a character in a new 3D animated film for children, created by Paul McCartney. High in the Clouds tells the story of a teenage squirrel who wishes to release music from the claws of an authoritarian diva-hobboy having rejected any music from her territory.
Could we hear Céline singing? Everything suggests that yes, when we are promised that the work will be made up, among other things, made up of new original songs by Paul McCartney.
Its dubbing partners are just as prestigious since the Hannah Waddingham, Lionel Richie, Idris Elba and Jimmy Fallon stars, in particular, will play characters from the film. The film High in the Clouds will be released in the cinema in 2027.
-You have to go back in 2023, in the film Love Again, to discover Céline’s first performance as an actress. The feature film, which had obtained rather mixed criticism when it was released, will however have allowed the Charlemagne diva to touch an area in which we want to see it more often!
Recall that last year was rather busy for Céline, she who had presented a poignant documentary on her new health reality (read our impressions here), in addition to performing a grandiose number live from the Eiffel Tower, during the Ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games. An event that we will remember for a long time!
Anyway, we are more than delighted to see her come back very slowly in the eye of the public, at her own pace! No more Céline, it’s yes!
