A partnership agreement was signed this in Rabat on Wednesday to dematerialize the export formalities of crafts and solidarity economy . Concluded between state secretariats responsible for foreign trade and crafts, customs administration (ADII) and the company Portnet SA, this initiative aims to digitize the issuance of export certificates and the recording of exporters via the national portnet platform.

According to Omar Hejira, Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, this stage strengthens the competitiveness of exporters in the face of global trade standards. His craftsmanship, Lahcen Essaadi, sees it as a strategic lever to strengthen the international presence of cooperatives and companies in the sector.

For Abdellatif Amrani, Director of ADII, digitalization will accelerate customs formalities and improve ’s positioning in international rankings. For its part, the CEO of Portnet, Youssef Ahouzi, praised a concrete at the service of the craftsmen. Training sessions have already been launched to support the pilot phase.
