It is certainly one of the most anticipated albums of the year on the Metalcore scene! Landmvrks was invited in Bring The Noise on Oüi FM this Sunday on the occasion of the release of The Darkest Place I’ve Ever Been On April 25 at ARISING EMPIRE. An album as awaited as qualitative for the Marseille group which reveals here a worked, thoughtful and formidably well executed work. The quintet this time highlights his mother tongue, mixing words in English and French, clear song, shouted and rap, punk influences and Death metal, somewhere between Linkin Park, Blink-182 and Gojira, but always in the Landmvrks sauce, with a recognizable sound, in which surgical rhythmic sections take place.
It is precisely this work that Landmvrks came to speak in the studios of Oüi FM. To tell the genesis of this fourth effort, the suffering of which the composition and writing reproduced is reflected in music. To celebrate, the group even worked on an acoustic session with reworked versions of Blood Redpresent on this new album, of Suffocatethat we found on the reissue of Lost in The Waves (2022), as well as a resumption of Bleed It Outde Linkin Park.
Landmvrks will perform many times in Europe this summer with many festivals scheduled for the end of May and August until August. In France, the group will be passing through the Eurockéennes, Garorock, Francofolies, Green Cabaret then at the Motocultor.
