In the wake of Grand Theft Auto 6 Trailer 2, Rockstar Games has revealed all kinds of new details about its upcoming open world game. Grand Theft Auto 6 Trailer 2 confirms Jason’s name, reveals some of the exciting action that fans can look forward to when the game launches next year, and also highlights the relationship between Jason and Lucia.
Based on what’s shown in GTA 6 Trailer 2, the romantic relationship between Jason and Lucia is going to be a major part of the new game’s narrative. However, Jason and Lucia will be interacting with all kinds of interesting characters in Grand Theft Auto 6with fans getting a glimpse at some of them in Trailer 2. Now Rockstar has revealed more information about the GTA 6 characters, providing additional insight into what role they will play in the story.
Rockstar specifically highlighted nine characters that will be featured in the game’s story, including GTA 6 playable characters Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. An “easy score goes wrong” and they find themselves on a typical Grand Theft Auto crime adventure, completing various jobs for all kinds of unsavory individuals. Rockstar has provided detailed descriptions for Jason and Lucia along with the paranoid Cal Hampton, Vice City legend Boobie Ike, aspiring music mogul Dre’Quan Priest, music duo Real Dimez, bank robber Raul Bautista, and drug runner Brian Heder. Jason Duval
“If anything happens, I’m right behind you.”
Jason wants an easy life, but things just keep getting harder.

Lucia Caminos

Dre’Quan Priest

Raul Bautista

Brian Heder

Brian’s a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. Still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori, Brian’s been around long enough to let others do his dirty work.
Looks like a Leonida beach bum — moves like a great white shark.
Brian’s letting Jason live rent-free at one of his properties — so long as he helps with local shakedowns, and stops by for Lori’s sangria once in a while.
What’s interesting is that it seems like many of these new Grand Theft Auto 6 characters revealed by Rockstar Games are more closely associated with Jason than Lucia. We see Brian with Jason in multiple screenshots, and the same goes for Cal Hampton. But ultimately, we have no idea how the story is going to play out, and we won’t know for quite some time. As fans no doubt know, Grand Theft Auto 6‘s release date has been delayed to May 26, 2026.
