Hearing report – The boss of this PMU bar had tried to hide the body of one of his clients after a fatal fight, which also involves a former boxer prosecuted for non-assistance to a person in danger.
His portrait in his hands, in sobs, the victim’s cousin turned to the two accused, head down for one, eyes in the vague for the other: “What can justify something like that? Three years after the facts, the manager of an ex-PMU bar in downtown Nice, Abdelkrim K., appears for the death of one of his clients on the night of February 6 to 7, 2022. The body had been found five months later mumped and walled in a concrete “sarcophagus”, in the cellar, at the back of the establishment. Houari B., another customer also a former high-level boxer in the heavyweight category, is also involved but deemed free for non-assistance to person in danger and modification of the crime scene.
M’Hand Goumiri’s disturbing disappearance had been reported by his cousin. “Mummified” body
