In career mode FC 25it’s about managing your club well so that it enjoys long-term success. Skill and know-how count, especially when it comes to hiring promising talent. The objective is to attract young players with high potential to your club.
Once you succeed, there are two options: Either the talents develop as athletes and lead your club to titles. Or, you can sell the players later for much higher prices to give your club a useful financial boost. Here we present to you five FC 25 talents that will allow you to progress in Career mode.
01
Fabian Rieder – VfB Stuttgart
The Swiss international is no longer unknown, but he remains a player with great potential in FC 25’s Career mode. Rieder, 22, can still improve his rating by eight points. Its high starting rating of 74 has the advantage of strengthening your club from the start.
02
Assan Ouédraogo – RB Leipzig
The new recruit of RB Leipzig is one of Germany’s greatest talents. In the summer of 2024, Assan Ouédraogo left second division club FC Schalke 04 to join the Red Bulls. Due to a thigh injury, he has rarely been used until now. In FC 25’s Career mode, the 18-year-old midfielder has a whopping +18 potential, which is consistent with his age.
03
Ardon Jashari – Club Bruges
Ardon Jashari, 22, left his original club FC Lucerne in the summer of 2024 and left Switzerland for Belgium and FC Brugge. There, the two-time Nati international player is part of the core staff. With Bruges, Jashari not only plays in the Belgian first division, but also in the Champions League. His potential in FC 25 career mode is +10.
04
Lars Villiger – FC Lucerne
Lars Villiger has a huge potential of +15 in FC 25 career mode. The 21-year-old striker is one of FC Lucerne’s top scorers in the Super League. Villiger is not yet part of the national team, but the striker has already played several times for the Swiss national under-21 team.
05
Karim Konaté – RB Salzburg
Already, Karim Konaté of RB Salzburg is compared to his compatriot and legend Didier Drogba (among others FC Chelsea). “It’s an honor to be compared to Drogba. I still have a long way to go before reaching his level,” said the 20-year-old Ivorian striker, who is currently out for a few months due to a rupture of the cruciate ligaments. Before his injury, Konaté scored 33 times in Austria in 64 appearances for Salzburg.
