Laëtitia Piteau, illustrator and graphic designer in Langon (Gironde), creates original travel posters illustrating emblematic elements of our beautiful towns in South Gironde: the houses and typical wooden balconies of the smallest village in France Castelmoron d’ Albret, the church of Langon, the surroundings of Lake Bazas…
Exhibition at the Talent Nursery Club
These creations are a great success because, beyond the tourists who want to leave with a souvenir of their stay here, the locals greatly appreciate these posters which well represent the living environment to which they are attached.
If you do not yet know the work of this artist, an exhibition presents her creations, Voyage en Posteres, from January 6 to 11, 2025 at La Promenade de Leclerc, within the “Talent Nursery Club”.
On this occasion, I will exhibit and present my artistic creations: illustrations in posters and postcards inspired by the towns, villages and landscapes of the South-Gironde region.
“My objective is to promote our local heritage through graphic, poetic and neo-chic visuals, which appeal to both wall decoration enthusiasts and residents of the region,” she emphasizes.

And for those who already know the work of Laëtitia Piteau, some new things can be discovered during the exhibition: “among the new creations, there is the “Forêt Girondine” Collection with large and small posters, as well as a limited series of candles with the scent of Grasse, 100% natural and plant-based, made in my workshop in Langon,” specifies the designer.
The artist’s projects
“Other projects are underway, including an 80s collection for nostalgic fans and a series of cards on the signs of the Zodiac,” informs Laëtitia Piteau. This year, I also plan to expand the distribution, by collaborating with local decoration, gift, stationery and concept stores.”
Also among the latest works: illustrations of the towns of Verdelais, with its magnificent basilica and its Cussol mill or a poster for Caudrot, now enrich the “Voyage en Posters” collection. On the Arcachon Bay, two new creations are also worth noting: there is now La Pinasse and L’Île aux Oiseaux.
