Return of Sunday cinema to the Piano-Tiroir

On December 15, the Le Piano-Tiroir cultural center hosted the last cinema screening of the year 2024. After a short break, cinema lovers from Balaruc-les-Bains and the surrounding area returned to the screen of the room of the cultural center yesterday, Sunday January 5, at 5 p.m.

The partnership between the City and the broadcaster Cinéplan continues in 2025 and could even expand with a second session scheduled for Saturday. The objective remains to offer attractive programming, accessible to all, with the latest cinematic releases. The price remains unchanged: each session is offered at €5, a price that remains competitive.

The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday January 12 at 5 p.m. with the screening of the film The Panache by Jennifer Devoldère. This film tells the story of Colin, a 14-year-old teenager who, despite his stutter, enters a new college. His meeting with Monsieur Devarseau, a charismatic French teacher, encourages him to face his fears and come out of his isolation. With the help of his new friends, Colin challenges himself to go on stage to perform Cyrano de in front of the whole school.

The other films scheduled in January are The Valley of Fools January 19 and the animated film by Michel Hazanavicius The most valuable commodity on January 26.

The sessions take place on Sundays at 5 p.m. at the cultural center Le Piano-Tiroir, located at 15 avenue de la Pinède.
