“We know that we are in Monaco to celebrate the 1000th episode of the franchise and to generate curiosity. We know Season 1 is written. We know that filming will start soon. Above all, we can already tell you that we are extremely happy to embark on this new adventure!”started the actor.

“Um, speak for yourself!”replied Coté de Pablo, to provoke him. “But yes, you’ll love it, you’ll finally be able to trust mehe continued, because you see, this new series will be entirely built on our relationship of trust!” Informed viewers know that this virtue has never been the prerogative of the tandem, however much they were in love in their time. But then what?

Revealing the outlines of the fiction a little further, they confirm that the series will be titled Tony & Ziva – this shows how legendary the couple is -, that it is being prepared for Paramount+ – like its big sisters it will probably be broadcast on M6 -, that it will have ten episodes, that the tone will rather be that of the comedy, that their reunion would have taken place in Paris if the 2024 Olympics had not been invited first and that part of the filming will nevertheless take place in Europe, near Budapest.

“Budapest serves as a setting for certain scenes which take place in Paris but I know that the cameras will show the real Paris and all of France”, confirms Michael Weatherly. Will the story take place in the capital? “It will take place on the roads, in France and elsewherehe recalls, Tony and Ziva are on the run so we will cross many countries”. Finally, what about the child, the fruit of their previous relationship?

The public learned of the existence of little Tali in the finale of season 13, shortly after the announcement of the death of Ziva, her mother. Di Nozzo then resigned and flew to Paris to take care of his daughter. It remains to be seen whether his character will be introduced in the new series.
