Until Thursday January 30, 2025, at the Château de Millet, painting lovers can discover works by the painter and visual artist, Evelyne Labergère. It is in a room pleasantly fitted out to regularly host exhibitions that the artist, at the invitation of Laurence Dèche, owner of the premises, has harmoniously placed his paintings. This collection reveals patient and meticulous work on the material, thus giving a surprising beauty with splendid reliefs. A mixture of colors with dark dominants which take the visitor from discovery to discovery, from emotion to emotion. These original paintings express the artist's deep emotions. During the opening, Evelyne clarified: “My paintings do not have names and this is for two reasons. I do not want to lock my work into an idea and thus allow people to experience their own emotions and feelings…” This that evening, to accompany Evelyne Labergère, and allow those present to intensely experience this encounter with oneself, the artist, the paintings and this comfortable space, Gabrielle Alya with her drum and her voice led the audience into this magical and vibrating universe of sounds, images and emotions. Everything came together for this union of paintings, music and tasty drinks from Millet. Evelyne, Gabrielle and Laurence, three artists, each in their own art, have created an enchanted universe.
