“Yes! Mario and I have been together for 20 years. I like this stability. I wouldn’t know what to do if I had to do it again. I see myself with this guy until my old age. I would be truly baffled if it were otherwise. It seems like I wouldn’t even want to rematch with anyone else. And when I think back on my journey, on my gang at the theater school, I can say that we were a really very lucky class and blessed by the gods. We were a strong class. There were a dozen of us, and three quarters of us are working today!“, she confides.
Brigitte also had the pleasure of landing a last minute role in the second season of Sleepless nightcurrently online on Prime Video.
“I took over the role played by Valérie Blais; I found out at the last minute. She couldn’t take part because she was starring in the film Sisters-in-Law. She wrote somewhere that she was very happy for me; I found it very nice. She’s an extraordinary actress that I adore! This role is that of Charlotte, one of Loulou’s two daughters, played by France Castel. Marilyse Bourke plays my character’s sister, and Jean-Philippe Perras, her brother. Charlotte is a more calm woman, closer to me. This role did me good. I also have something else coming: a great composition role in a series!», she concludes.
