The Jewish Force party of far-right Israeli Minister Itamar Ben Gvir announced on Sunday morning that it was leaving the ruling coalition due to a disagreement with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the truce agreement he called of “scandalous”, with Hamas.
“Following the approval of the scandalous deal with the terrorist group Hamas […] THE [trois] ministers from the Jewish Force party recently presented their letters of resignation” and “the Jewish Force party is no longer a member of the coalition,” indicates a press release from the party of Itamar Ben Gvir, who was Minister of National Security. This announcement does not bring down the government, which still benefits from a narrow majority in Parliament.
