Launching its year 2025 this Saturday (9 p.m.) against , OL must manage sporting results and transfer window. Despite the uncertainty, Pierre Sage does not necessarily see it as a negative vision.

The winter transfer window has opened its doors since the start of the new year and inevitably, it occupies the media space, whether atOL or elsewhere. However, between Rhône and Saône, the return of sporting ambition coupled with the sanctions of the DNCG makes the January soap opera much more exciting. There is therefore logically excitement, uncertainty and fears, whether you are a simple supporter, manager or simply OL player. During the last summer transfer window, the vagueness around the group led to a delay in starting. Five months later, Pierre Sage believes that the situation is different. “In August, there were both entries and exits to manage. There, we will mainly be in an exit logic.”

During the summer, almost all the players were on the market and that created uncertainty. This winter, the situation has not necessarily changed with the DNCG sanctions, but the club is less assertive about the departure of executives (Breathe, Cherki). The objective is above all to get rid of players who are above all luxury substitutes in order to get into the lead. Could this have a negative impact on individual performance? Rock Sage don't hide it, but prefer to see the positive in the situation. “Everyone intends to apply for each meeting. With the transfer window, it can give other perspectives for some who want to show themselves, to be ready to perform elsewhere. But I don't have the impression today Now there's one training to feed another team.”

However, if this can give ideas to certain training courses…
