The examination for the secondary school certificate began this Monday, July 1, in the Casablanca-Settat region, in a serene atmosphere marked by the attentive presence of parents.
Students began their day with Arabic language and social sciences exams, and exams in other subjects will continue until tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon.

A number of mothers have expressed concerns about the review, particularly given the significant disruptions schools experienced at the start of the school year caused by teachers’ strikes protesting the special status of employees in the national education sector.
For its part, the Casablanca-Settat Regional Academy of Education has set up a complete system, mobilizing its equipment and its educational and administrative staff, to guarantee the success of this unified regional examination.
Salah Bena, director of Chahid Hassan Saghi College at the provincial directorate of National Education in Sidi Bernoussi, said that this regional exam is the culmination of the efforts made by students and educational staff throughout the year.
In a statement to HespressSalah Bena specified that the provincial management, via the regional academy, had carefully prepared for this stage, by ensuring the necessary logistics and equipment, as well as by distributing the committees responsible for all the management operations of the exam.
He stressed that all operations were carefully evaluated by dedicated committees, in order to ensure the smooth running of the examination and to achieve positive results at this crucial stage, which constitutes a recognition for all stakeholders of the Moroccan school.
According to information obtained by Hespress According to the management of Bernoussi, 12,440 students are taking part in this unified regional exam, including 12,313 regular students, while the number of independent candidates stands at 127.
The same sources indicate that the provincial directorate under the Ministry of National Education in Sidi Bernoussi has planned 27 centers for the conduct of this exam.
