The organizers of the 104th edition of Tour of Catalonia unveiled this Thursday the field of the event taking place from March 24 to 30. 24 teams will participate in the 2025 edition of the Cycling Tour to Cataloniawhich will once again bring together, from March 24 to 30, the biggest stars of world cycling on the Catalan roads. Burgos Burpellet BH, Caja Rural-Seguros RGA, Kern Pharma Team et Euskaltel-Euskadi are the teams invited for this edition, joining the 18 UCI WorldTeam teams, and the two UCI ProTeams whose presence is ensured by their position in the ranking, thus closing a participation which will form a peloton of 168 cyclists.

Vingegaard and Roglic… Three summit finishes
After the overwhelming success of Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates XRG) en 2024, Jonas Vingegaard (Visma | Lease a Bike) et Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) are particularly anticipated in Catalonia this year. Both runners have announced that they will participate in the event.
7 stages are on the program of Tour of Catalonia 2025. As in the last two editions, the route will have three arrivals at the summit, at the Erailway station of the Government of Catalonia (FGC) in La Molina (3rd stage), Montserrat (4th stage) and Queralt (6th stage). The first stage will be played around the city of San Feliu de Guixols, while the last stage will be the traditional race in Barcelona with the climb of Montjuic.
