Canal+ is starting 2025 with new offers. Discover the new formulas offered since January 14 and the main changes.
Canal+ unveils a major overhaul of its subscription offers, marking a strategic evolution between price cuts and content adjustments after the withdrawal of Disney+. The Vivendi subsidiary thus slightly reduces the richness of certain offers to make them more financially accessible.
It is also an opportunity for it to launch new offers, including a more expensive one called Canal+ La Totale. For lovers of premium content, the group now offers this most complete package possible at €59.99/month for 6 months, then €75.99/month. This offer with a 24-month commitment includes all Canal+ channels and includes Canal+ on demand, Apple TV+, Max Standard, Netflix Standard (2 HD screens), Paramount+ Standard, Insomnia, CINE+OCS, but also Eurosport, Canal+ Sport , Canal+ Foot, Golf+ and the 18 Canal+ Live channels which broadcast the various European football cups. On the viewing side, it's 4 screens simultaneously.
Canal+ is also launching a new Canal+Ciné Séries offer for those looking for a more accessible alternative with a price of €29.99/month for 6 months, then €34.99/month, also for a 24-month commitment. This package includes Canal+ channels except sports streams, as well as Apple TV+, Max Standard, Netflix Standard (with advertisements, 2 HD screens), Paramount+ Standard, Insomnia and CINE+OCS. Also note a new Canal+ & Netflix special series with advertising (Apple TV+ included) at 19€99/month for 6 months, then €27.99/month, the commitment is 24 months.
Changes not to be missed
Looking more closely, some important changes stand out. Paramount+, formerly included free of charge in certain offers, is now accessible via specific packs. In the Ciné Séries offer, the Netflix subscription included is now the version with advertisements. The Entertainment Pass is still available at €10/month (free for 2 months), although slightly revised. In addition, RAT+ Ciné Séries and RAT+ Sport subscriptions are continued at an attractive price of €19.99/month.
Price drops on certain offers
Canal+ is also making its no-obligation offers more accessible. The simplest Canal+ offer (without commitment) goes from €27.99/month to €24.99/month but loses Paramount+. The formula with a 24-month commitment is displayed 19€99/month for 6 months, Then 24€99/month. The Canal+ Ciné Séries offer (without commitment) drops from €39.99/month to €34.99/month.
