Izabel Chevrier, the author of Indefensible, offered us a high-tension episode this Monday, January 6 when viewers were treated to a closed session lasting an exceptional hour. Léo and Me Alain (Maxim Roy) were taken hostage by a special constable, Marc Fichaud (Hugo Dubé), who wanted to avenge his police friend killed by a biker that the two lawyers represented.
While Léo (Sébastien Delorme) had managed to convince his executioner to release his colleague, he found himself alone with the peace officer before Maxime came to his rescue. Together, the two friends tried everything to disarm Marc, but the former police officer was then shot in the stomach. The episode ended with a death scream from Max (Mathieu Baron).
Normally, we would have had to wait until the next day to know the fate of this favorite character, but from the next second, in the trailer for the next episode, we see him in great shape in the office of Me Lapointe (Michel Laperrière), chatting with Me Alain, recovering from post-traumatic shock in hospital.
Is this a production error or did they deliberately want to reveal the fate of the private investigator so quickly? One thing is certain, after this first episode, we know that everyone managed to get out of trouble after this hostage situation at the courthouse, fortunately.
Starting tomorrow, we will also know more about Mélodie (Naïla Louidort) and her father (AngeLo Cadet), who seem to be involved in shady business. Would the new intern be involved in criminal enterprises? We can’t wait to find out more!
See here what the next causes of Indefensible will be and the actors who will play the characters in these new stories.
