Martin then confronts Michaël who explains that he is monitoring Romane to protect her. Victoire confides in Aaron, she is afraid for the little girl. His colleague tries to calm him down. In the evening, at bedtime, Romane tells Victoire that she is worried about Fred, and the doctor promises her that he will come back.

Aurore avoids a call from William in front of Roxane who advises her colleague to speak to the doctor to appease her anger. Aurore asks Roxane for news about Sara, whose morale sometimes remains wavering. The physiotherapist Gloria comes to the hospital to take care of William and she tells him she thinks that his back pain is partly linked to a psychological blockage. She invites him for a drink to relax. At the police station, Manon warns her mother that she will spend Christmas alone with Nordine. At the Spoon, Gloria tells stories about her patients to William and then asks him why he isn't doing well. The doctor prefers to clarify things by saying he is in the middle of a divorce, which amuses Gloria who assures him that she is not flirting with him. Later, Aurore agrees to speak with William and they decide to make a truce for Christmas.

François gets up with a loss of voice and asks Soizic to find him an emergency meeting with a colleague. At the hospital, Aaron examines François and tells him that he will find his voice within three or four days. He also puts him on sick leave. Faced with François' disappointed reaction, Chloé offers him a grandmother's remedy in addition. The teacher warns his students that he will not be able to perform in the choir. Lizzie suggests an a cappella rehearsal but the others leave.
