Season 1 ended with Daniel – the son of a major drug trafficker who has taken over the Padín clan in Galicia while his father is serving his prison sentence – finding himself in prison after being arrested by the police. Shortly before, Ana, the lawyer who is seeking to avenge her father’s death and who has infiltrated the clan, announced to him that she was pregnant with his child… All of which give hope to subscribers of the streaming platform for a sequel. Asked about a possible season 2, Clara Lago, the lead actress of Clans from coke confided in Sensa Who. “That’s a question for Netflix” she said. The streaming platform has not announced anything yet but could very well do so in the coming days and weeks given the success of the first season. “For our part, it will depend on things that are beyond our control. As for Daniel’s drug empire being in ruins, one could also imagine that another person, particularly powerful in the drug world, could take over, leading to a possible battle between clans to see who will reign supreme among the other drug lords in the area.
