Céline Morleghem, resident of Châteauneuf-sur-Loire (Loiret), is a participant in the show “France has an incredible talent” season 19 on M6. Her talent: cake design professional and cake maker cakes as a real trompe-l’oeil!
From her first cake requested by one of her daughters to showing her creations in front of the whole of France on TV, the Loirétaine admits to having started “by chance” and subsequently to have professionalized in the area.

The passion for cake started “by chance”
The cake design comes down to cake creations made from pastry or almond paste. Food that allows you to shape your cake as you wish to make it real pieces of creation on a theme.
Céline Morleghem reveals himself to this passion the day one of his daughters asks him to make her a themed cake. “It was my very first creation, I found little cookie cutters and flowers. With all that, I made a little cat in cake,” the designer tells us.
I loved it, what I liked was this technical and meticulous side of the modeling. So I got into it completely by chance.
In 2021Céline becomes self-employed in content creation and shares her creations on social networks. “Over time, I refined my design technique but I had the idea of launching into trompe l'oeil. » A know-how that she refines through thousands of hours of work.
She challenges the jury to recognize the cake from the object
If this passion taught her patience (she spends around three or four hours to create a cupcake), the experience of the show will have allowed her to learn to act under stress.

Céline was part of it and not just a little: “I reproduced an entire bathroom in cake. It took me about 400 hours of work.” It remains by far his greatest masterpiece.
“What I propose is not necessarily what we see the most on television. At first I hesitated but I said why not, it can show viewers what I do. » But Céline assures her, “it’s an awesome experience. »
