This Sunday, June 30, 2024, the French went to the polls for new legislative elections. Elections that marked a major step forward for the National Rally.
Under the direction of Jordan Bardella, The RN and its allies in fact obtained 29.25% of the votesahead of the New Popular Front with 27.99% of the vote as well as the presidential majority which reached 20.04%.
These unprecedented results confirmed the rise of the far right in France, which immediately sparked heated discussions across the country.

Facing Anne-Sophie Lapix, Marine Tondelier and Jean-Philippe Tanguy notably clashed on the set of this special “elections” issue.
