Elie Semoun, Michèle Bernier, Bruno Solo, Liane Foly… There were many of them on the set of Children of TV, Saturday November 23on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the program. The evening took place at the Élysée Montmartre, a prestigious Parisian venue. A meeting of regulars of sorts, even if some were missing.
On social networks, many Internet users wondered about the absence of Arthur and Laurent Ruquier, who nevertheless presented TV Kids for years. Laurence Boccolini wanted to thank them during the evening.

However, the reason for their absence remains obscure for everyone. In an interview given to Tele-Leisurethe host confided on this subject.
The former presenter of Weak link explained that she would have liked to make her entrance with Arthur and Laurent Ruquier. Unfortunately, the two animators do not work on the same channelwhich complicated things. Neither of them communicated around the 30 years of Children of TVon their social networks. Enough to question viewers and Internet users who followed the show and who were expecting at least to see them react.
Children of TV 2024: a failure?
30 years of Children of TV were facing tough competitionon Saturday November 23, 2024. The program came in third position for the best audiences of the evening, behind the Star Academy on TF1 et The Traveler on France 3.
Results considered disappointing, with almost of 1.5 million people in front of their screen and 9.5% audience share. Perhaps the absence of Arthur and Ruquier played a role in the relative disinterest of the public for this gala evening.
