(Boursier.com) — As of September 30, the Group M6 achieves consolidated turnover of 935.7 million euros, up +3.3% excluding scope effect compared to September 30, 2023.

During the first 9 months, non-linear turnover reached 63.8 ME (i.e. +35% in one year), driven by the growth of M6+ whose audiences reached 428 million hours consumed, an increase of + 41% compared to 2023.

The cost of content for the division reached 373.7 ME as of September 30, 2024 (354.8 ME as of September 30, 2023), due to the spread of the Euro and the increase in investments in content for streaming. The Group’s consolidated current operating profit (EBITA) stands at €157.1 million (-17.7%), representing an operating margin of 16.8%.

As of September 30, 2024, the shareholders’ equity of the M6 ​​Group amounts to 1.261 billion euros (1.305 billion euros as of December 31, 2023), with a net cash position of +182.9 million euros (+206.3 million euros as of September 30, 2023) .
