Tomorrow belongs to us continues on TF1, and while the plot centered on Romy (Dounia Coesens), Rayane (Sasha Birdy) and Karim (Samy Gharbi) comes to an end, a new narrative arc is about to make its appearance, and it dramatic announcement.
A new arch arrives in the TF1 series
While Nordine (Youcef Agal) and Manon (Louvia Bachelier) have finally reconciled, the police officer from Sète is going to a concert with his friend Rachel (Juliet Lemonnier). When they return, Charles’ former lover (Roberto Calvet) tells him that she is almost home and that he can therefore let her go home alone. Unfortunately, she’s going to get attacked by someone. A serial rapist will therefore be rampant in Sète, and all the characters are in danger…
In an extract from episode 1798 broadcast on TF1, Rachel is taken care of by Soizic Vernet, who tries to find out what happened to establish a medical diagnosis.
Rachel, is the first victim of a serial rapist
In this extract, Rachel claims that she no longer remembers if her attacker wore a condom. Seeing that Rachel is at her worst, Soizic asks her how she feels.
“I don’t know… I have the impression that it’s someone else we have… (…) I can’t stop thinking about when I was alone traveling to the other side of the world and I was scared. In the end, it happened near my house. I know I shouldn’t think about that, it’s stupid…” she told him.
Soizic then tries to reassure her. “No, don’t say that, it’s not stupid. None of your reactions will be stupid or abnormal… You have experienced something extremely traumatic, give yourself time, you will go through lots of stages Rachel” she explains to him.
Despite Rachel’s refusal to see a psychologist, Soizic still gives her a number before congratulating her for having filed a complaint at the police station.
