Behind this smile hides a lot of suffering and trauma that I don't wish on anyone, even my worst enemy“, we can hear her say in the comments of a video in which we can see her having good times with her loved ones.
Despite everything, Ambre Dol prefers to keep her smile in life but also on social networks, particularly because she thinks that “laughter is therapy”. She is convinced that by behaving in this way, she can transmit her strength to her community and “share this resilience“. “This does not mean that I am lying to you. I share a part of me and laughter is really part of it. (…) Life is truly worth living. And It's not by crying over my fate all my life that I would get through it. (…) Here, we are not talking about hope, but about a fight. I know that too. This fight against the complicated stages of our life. Those who sometimes paralyze you. Those that also handicap you. The ones that change you for your whole life. The ones that make you suffocate in the morning, as soon as you wake up. Those which sometimes lead you to deep distress. The ones that make every second of life feel like torture. These stages that make you survive rather than live”she continued.
