Loana Petrucciani’s real estate portfolio
On July 5, 2001, Cannes resident Loana Petrucciani won the show Loft Story in front of 9 million viewers – an audience share of 49.6%. A UFO described at the time as “trash TV” which nevertheless impacted the entire audiovisual landscape, inventing a new genre. Its producer at the time, Alexia Laroche-Joubert, explained to Radio France: “ The only certainty we had was that we were anchored in a turning point in the era. » The show is also a pawn in the war between M6 and TF1.

On October 18, Amazon Prime unveiled the series on Prime Video Worshipwhich looks back at the beginnings of Loftbehind the scenes of its production and casting. During the six episodes written by authors Nicolas Slomka and Matthieu Rumani, Anaïde Rozam plays the character of Isabelle de Rochechouart, alias Alexia Laroche-Joubert. As for Loana Petrucciani, she is played by the actress Marie Colomb whose performance screams veracity – the facial expressions, the way of expressing herself are in every way similar to Loana. Once out of Loft and her omnipresent cameras, where did she live?

A villa in Saint-Tropez
Upon his release from Loft StoryLoana Petrucciani invests in a house in Saint-Tropez alongside Christophe, with whom she won the show. Indeed, the regulations stipulate that the winning couple must live together for 45 days in a villa “dream”. We are therefore on Route des Carles, a stone’s throw from Place des Lices, in a Provençal house decorated with antiques and hidden from the outside by a few reeds. The couple is filmed for a month and a half by two webcams before being able to pocket the winnings from the Loft — namely 1.5 million francs each according to Le Parisien. As for Loana, her summer column “L’Été de Loana” broadcast on M6 is obviously paid. The duo arrives by helicopter before taking up their summer quarters; their friends, the former loft owners, will be there to party that evening at the VIP Room. In May 2021, Loana Petrucciani returns to the scene. She writes on social networks how moved she is to be in this house twenty years later: “20 years later!! Lots of emotions to return to the villa in Saint-Tropez where I stayed 2 months after the Loft Story… Making-off of the filming of ”Loana, 20 years later”. I hope this brings back beautiful memories for you. » The star continues, her dog in her arms: “this is where my life began. »

An apartment in the 16th arrondissement
The long portrait Loana, under the open sky published in Libération on April 26, 2012 evokes Loana Petrucciani’s Parisian apartment. With part of his winnings, the star would have invested in real estate, in the 16th arrondissement to be precise. Journalist Sabrina Champenois writes that “as soon as she left the Loft, she invested each of her winnings in the apartment where she lives, 90m2 a stone’s throw from the Trocadéro. » The young woman confides and specifies that she particularly enjoys cooking and preparing her specialty, pot-au-feu, as much as gardening. “I have a 500 liter aquarium and a 200 aquarium, it’s my own TV” she says, before specifying that she will go to Truffaut once the interview is over. Loana Petrucciani is then forced to sell this apartment, due to lack of financial means.
Accommodation in the south of France
According to Public, a friend helped Loana to “obtain an apartment in Nice while writing Culte”. That said, since August, the former reality TV star has no longer given much sign of life. Previously, Loana Petrucciani lived in the city of Vence and with her mother in 2022. She confided on the set of TPMP People on November 19, 2022 to live on the RSA and to be accommodated with her mother: “I don’t have a house where I have my key and my dog waiting for me” she said. For the moment, the celebrity is absent from television sets while promotion of the mini-series is in full swing.
