“I was doubled over”: Frédéric (Koh-Lanta) sick in the last episode, he says

But now I’m fresh, very relieved. I absolutely didn’t want to leave the adventure, not now“, he then testified in the show. A mishap that he also mentioned in a publication posted on Instagram: “Many of you told me that I had a very closed face on this episode“, he first said before continuing: “I was extremely ill. I’m not going to draw a picture for you but basically, I had incredible diarrhea. I went to the toilet I don’t know how many times during the day, I really emptied myself knowing that I already had nothing left in my body. The organisms are weakened, I was tired and on top of that, this was happening to me.” Subsequently, the winner of the season Sacred Firebroadcast last year, did not hesitate to confide the reasons why he fell ill.
“That day was really hardcore.”
According to him, it was food poisoning: “In fact, we had discovered sprouted coconuts and in particular coconut germ. I found it delicious. There were some who didn’t dare eat too much, so there was still quite a bit of it.“, he explained before adding: “I overindulged and my body immediately said no, stop. That day was really hardcore. The immunity test, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to do it, it was really tough.
