This Saturday, September 28, 2024, M6 is broadcasting the third part of “Beijing Express: The Epic of the Maharadjas”, the All Stars edition in which, among others, Christophe and Claire, Clément and Émeline, Jean-Claude and Axel, Rose -Marie and Cinzia and Briac and Fabrice. On the fifth day of the adventure, the latter’s nerves, distraught during the third Indian stage linking Jaipur to Kishangargh, finally gave way.
“I am completely helpless”
A few minutes earlier, however, Fabrice and Briac were still, despite an unfavorable ranking, full of enthusiasm in a car driven by a Hindu. “We are last but nothing is ever lost“, Fabrice convinced himself as a good follower of the Coué method. “Open your chakras well and think positive“, he suggested again to his spiritual son. “There’s no reason why it shouldn’t be good for us this time“, hoped for the two men who won the first immunity test of the season on September 14.
Unfortunately for the pair of strangers from season 12, the tide has turned. While the first teams are already approaching the finish in Kishangarh, where Stéphane Rotenberg is waiting for them in the middle of a white marble quarry, Fabrice and Briac have been dropped off at the entrance to the town and have been trying to find a driver without success for more than 20 minutes. “We’re in a bag of knots, I can’t even explain it to you“, Fabrice realizes. “I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m completely helpless and dejected (…) It seems so simple to others. And we are struggling, we are struggling and now I am desperate, I have no more juice, my morale is down“, he analyzes in an interview.

Before continuing: “I am constantly asking myself what I could have done to do well. I can’t do it (…) I blame myself so much, I feel completely helpless, I’m of no use, I don’t provoke anything, I’m of no use at all. Maybe I’ve gotten older, maybe I don’t have the mania that I used to have, I don’t know“, he doubts. “It hurts me to see him like that, it’s always Fabrice who is in a good mood, who holds the pair together. A complicated linear start for “Pékin Express” 2024 on M6
On Saturday September 14, 2024, the launch of this third All Stars edition in the history of “Beijing Express” was not full on the shelves, with an average of 1,36 million of viewers (7,5% of the public) in the first part then 972.000 viewers (7,3% of the public) in the second part.
The program saves its honor thanks to the replay – 700,000 viewers caught up with episode 1 on D+7 – and its honorable scores on the targets dear to M6 (19% among women responsible for purchasing aged under 50 and 25-49 years old).
The following week, episode 2 also suffered with, on average and in watch audiences, 1,19 million of viewers (6,9% 4+) at the meeting of the first part. Barely 954.000 viewers (7,0% 4+) were counted in front of the second part.
