Antony leaves Manchester United to join Betis on loan this season

Young Brazilian winger Antony has officially signed with Spanish club Real Betis, on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season, as both clubs confirmed in a press release this Saturday.

Aged 24, Antony has played 14 games this season with the Red Devils, including only three as a starter, without any appearance in the Premier League.

Arriving at Manchester United during the 2022/23 season after a 95 million euro transfer from Ajax, Antony is preparing to have his first professional experience in Spain.

At Real Betis, currently ninth in La Liga, he will join teammates such as Portugal’s William Carvalho, as well as fellow Brazilians Natan and Vitor Roque.
