Micro-terroir – the match of terroir

Friday January 24for this week’s micro-terroir, we give you see you on January 28 for the GSHC-Ajoie match at the Vernets ice rinkwhere the Geneva apple will be the star.

Jonathan Brunet, local producer, explains to you that this “terroir match” is a unique opportunity to highlight the apple in all its forms: different varieties, award-winning apple and fruit juices, as well as other delicious preparations.

You will be able to taste these creations, discuss with producers and discover which varieties of apples are perfect for specific uses, like pies or juices.

Cet original event will also allow you to meet the producers directly and share the richness of the Geneva region, while enjoying the hockey atmosphere.
