At the helm of a criminal court, truth often becomes a relative concept. Twisted by the years of imprisonment incurred, what people will say or the real or supposed fear of reprisals. This Thursday, the jurors of the Isère Assize Court heard three truths for as many accused. Three truths for one night and one death. “The story begins in 2018,” recalls Yan Pluvinage, accused of having killed Abdelkader Lazreg.
