The Chicago Bears’ search for their head coach is reportedly over.
Team management is on the verge of reaching an agreement with Ben Johnson, according to what informant Tom Pelissero has learned.
Johnson would thus leave his position as offensive coordinator of the Detroit Lions, a position he has held since 2022, to join a division rival as pilot of the Bears.
-Johnson and the Lions were surprised by the Washington Commanders on Saturday, in their first playoff game, after a magical season of 15 wins against two losses.
More details to come.
