AGIRC-ARRCO contributions: what rate for late payment increases in 2025?

AGIRC-ARRCO contributions: same rate but increase in the minimum amount

As a reminder, AGIRC-ARRCO supplementary pension contributions which have not been paid by the payment deadline are subject to an increase calculated according to the delay.

This rate is set each year by the AGIRC-ARRCO joint commission. For 2025, this commission decided to maintain the rate already applied in 2024.

For 2025, the rate of increases applicable to contributions that will be paid late remains at 2.86% per month.

However, the minimum amount of late payment surcharges is now increased to €108 for a quarterly period, or €36 for the monthly period, in 2025.
