The Bonavista Peninsula featured in the television series Dissociation

The region serves as the backdrop for part of the series. A film crew from New York worked in Bonavista with local artisans in 2023. We also shot certain scenes in Trinity Bay North.

It’s a good show and I can’t wait to see our work on screenaffirms Melanie Mooneywho was responsible for the costumes.

The director’s TV series Ben Stiller is a work of science fiction suspense. We see office workers who lose the memories of their daily life at work and who lose their work memories when they are not working.

Filming in Bonavista

Several scenes shot outside are wintery. Filming in Bonavista took place in April. There was still snow on the ground. mrs Mooney indicates that natural landscapes were filmed in the surrounding area.

It’s beautiful here. I think they wanted to show that a little on the showunderlines Melanie Mooney.

The film crew paid a lot of attention to details, she said.

The film crews of New York and Newfoundland had a good collaboration, she adds.

I think we have a fantastic team here in Newfoundland. The team’s experience is very varied. It was fantastic to be able to work with a New York team and show that we have experience here.
