JT Miller almost got traded last night — Sports Addik

Numerous rumors hit the Vancouver Canucks last night, as star forward JT Miller was reportedly close to being traded before the game.

We even thought that the center player was not going to be in uniform to face the Oilers yesterday since there were intense negotiations before the start of the match presented at 10 p.m. last night. We finally used him in a game against the Oilers, where he collected 2 assists.

Miller has reportedly agreed to waive his no-trade clause, so that opens the door to better negotiations with other NHL teams. Among these formations, the Rangers would be very interested in bringing him back to New York.

It has already been a few weeks since Miller announced his intention to leave the Canucks. However, Vancouver wants to wait for the right offer before agreeing to trade one of its best offensive players in recent years.

This season, Miller has 8 goals and 31 points in 35 games. However, he shows a differential of -7 and we especially feel that the motivation is not as present as in the past with the Canucks. We don’t win much in Vancouver and Miller would like to win a little more.
