Her performance won over the teachers, who rewarded her with a major gift: a duet with the former student of her choice during this evening’s bonus. To the great surprise of Michael Goldman, Ebony chose Charles, eliminated in the semi-finals the previous week against Marine. The reason for his choice is simple: the two students never had the chance to sing together, neither on the stage of Studio 217 during a bonus, nor during evaluations. “He has a great voice and I admire him a lot. I’m so happy to share a duet with him, I think it could be so good,” confided Ebony who shone this evening by covering “Don’t judge me” by Camille Lellouche. Thus, the young Breton returned to the castle to rehearse “Writing’s On The Wall”, a Sam Smith song that the two young talents are presenting this evening on the Studio 217 set.
