A giant flood for the Golden Calf
The Veau d’Or butcher’s shop has been voted the most beautiful Christmas window in Metz! The city of Metz is celebrating its commitment to beautifying the city center during the holidays. Thanks to its giant flow, the Golden Calf received the Jury Prize. A chalet will be made available free of charge during the next Christmas market.
Finding a job on the rides
To also beautify its amusement park, the Walygator is recruiting! A job dating is organized on February 1 from 1 p.m. Among the missions offered: catering, cash register, attraction operations and even entertainment. Candidates will have 5 minutes to introduce themselves and show their desire to make the park a magical place.
New stamps in 2025
Here are the new stamps for 2025! Every month, the Metz Philatelic Association offers an overview of the stickers, and the start of the year is marked by solidarity! The customary stamp is offered with a surcharge of one euro, donated to the Red Cross to help Mayotte. Among the other collections: a Grand Soleil notebook, and even a gourmand, with Pierre Hermé stamps.
From dance and basketball, Harlem returns
The Harlem Globetrotters are back in Metz! The basketball legends will be at the Arena on March 14 at 8 p.m., as part of their world tour.
