The Association for the Defense of the Combleux Site (ADSC) has learned that the developer Réalités, chosen by the municipality of Francis Triquet for the development of the former IBM site, had not respected the commitments of the promise of sale. In his eyes, this promise of sale is therefore void. This is why it is organizing a (new) public presentation on Friday January 24, at 7:30 p.m., in the Canal de Combleux room.
“Unfortunate luck”
“We’re going back into battle. It’s unfortunate luck. Faced with the difficulties of recent years which have turned into a fiasco, we must rebuild a project, with the Combleusians, giving ourselves a little time for reflection,” mentions Hervé Douceron, the president of the ADSC.
“Réalités is in great financial difficulty and has seen a significant number of its construction sites and projects stopped for several months, plunging future buyers into disastrous financial situations,” indicates the association in a document inviting the new presentation of its project of 36 houses to repay the debt.
“Against all expectations, the mayor of Combleux would consider continuing with Réalités and would expect the EPFLI (interdepartmental local public land establishment, owner of the former IBM site) to renegotiate the sale with Réalités. »
