Young burglars sent to court
An alarm triggered in a house on the Wintzenheim road in Colmar led to the intervention of two police patrols on January 7 around 4:30 p.m., and two teenagers were arrested. Surprised in this Sainte-Marie district, hard hit by burglaries, these two cousins were mainly interested in cash and jewelry, and would have been active in other districts of Colmar since the beginning of the month, in particular in housing of the route d’Eguisheim, the rue de la Luss, the eastern districts and the rue de Verdun in the southern district (read our January 9 edition). They admitted five separate acts, all committed in Colmar. These two Serbian nationals, aged 14 and 17, do not have a fixed address, but have recently resided in Mulhouse. They were released, provided with a summons to appear before the juvenile court to be tried soon.
A cyclist falls while avoiding a door
A cyclist fell near number 9 rue Messimy in Colmar, this Tuesday January 14 around 10 a.m. She would have tried to avoid a vehicle door, accidentally opened as she passed. Firefighters examined this woman in her thirties on site, whose state of health did not require transport to hospital.

Collision on the Wine Route
Two cars collided on the Route du Vin between Rorschwihr and Rodern this Tuesday around 9:45 a.m. Slightly injured, a 39-year-old woman was transported by firefighters to Pasteur hospital.

An electrical panel catches fire
An electrical panel caught fire on a construction site at Chemin du Linsenland in Niedermorschwihr, this Tuesday, January 14, shortly before 2 p.m. The firefighters carried out the extinguishing, then the Enedis services secured the panel.
